Core expertise
A working set of commercial capabilities—not a wall of percentages.
Identifying, opening and developing advertiser opportunities with long-term value.
Understanding the business problem before recommending the media solution.
Building durable relationships across network and independent agencies.
Working across native, display, video, performance and programmatic environments.
Shaping proposals, pricing, negotiations and account growth around clear outcomes.
Building trust across advertisers, agencies and internal delivery teams.
Prospecting, pitching, developing pipeline and moving conversations to close.
Adapting advertising solutions to categories with very different objectives.
Cross-category experience
Experience across varied sectors has made adaptability part of the sales discipline—learning the objective, audience and commercial context before shaping the recommendation.
Professional ecosystem
Brands and agency teams I've worked with, supported or partnered with during my career. Inclusion indicates professional working context—not necessarily a direct contracted client relationship.
How I approach sales
“Good sales begins with understanding the business, not pitching the inventory.”
I prefer consultative selling over transactional selling. The advertiser's objective comes first; the media recommendation follows. Strong commercial conversations connect media metrics to business outcomes, then build the trust required to grow.
Selected career stories
Professional context without confidential campaign detail.
Client acquisition in native advertising meant connecting advertiser objectives to performance-led media solutions—not simply presenting inventory. The work combined new conversations, solutioning, commercial negotiation and relationship development.
Across approximately five years at iCubesWire, growing revenue responsibility demanded commercial discipline alongside strong client and agency relationships. At peak, the portfolio handled was approximately ₹6 crore.
BFSI, real estate, healthcare, education, automobile and consumer internet businesses do not buy for the same reasons. Cross-category experience built the habit of learning the business context before shaping the proposition.
Working with network and independent agencies sharpened an understanding of how planners, performance teams, account leaders and advertisers evaluate media partners—and where trust is earned over time.
What I'm paying attention to
These are areas I'm actively following as advertising, media and consumer behaviour evolve. They are interests under active exploration—not claims of deep expertise.
