Important revenue signals were scattered across memory, registers and chats.

Neighbourhood gyms often know their members personally, but that strength becomes difficult to manage as the member base grows. Renewals become reactive, pending payments are hard to see at a glance and inactive members receive inconsistent follow-up.

The product needed to help an owner answer one simple question every morning: who needs my attention today?
